Submitting your paper
Prospective authors can submit proposals for either full oral (30 min incl. discussion) or short oral (10 min) presentation and for posters.
For full oral presentations:
proposal should be in the form of a full paper, limited up to eight A-4 size pages (including figures and tables), following IWA guidelines, and must contain adequate information to allow a sound referee review.
The full paper must include the following information:
- Paper Title
- All Authors’ and co-authors’ names and affiliations
- Type of presentation (for oral presentation, please specify which theme the paper is to be submitted for)
- Email address, postal address, telephone, and fax number of corresponding author
- Summary of the project (in less than 150 words)
- Full paper (maximum of eight A4-size pages)
- References
For short oral presentations (10 min) and posters:
proposals should be in the form of an extended abstract, limited to two A4-size pages (including figures and tables), following IWA guidelines, and must contain adequate information to allow a sound referee review.
The outline paper must include the following information:
- Paper Title
- All Authors’ and co-authors’ names and affiliations
- Type of presentation (for oral presentation, please specify which theme the paper is to be submitted for)
- Email address, postal address, telephone, and fax number of corresponding author
- Summary of the project (in less than 150 words)
- Outline of your project (maximum of 2 A4-size pages)
If you want to revise your paper please mail it to info@particle-sep2012.de not later than April 15th.
Every participant will receive the proceedings (conference book) at the conference.
For non-participants it is possble to order the book after the conference for 85,00 €
